I have not listened to this in a very long time. I just noticed that Garcia has a very substantial presence on the vocals on songs like "Hello Trouble," "Games People Play," "Mighty Quinn," and "The Weight," among others. I don't hear Nelson singing at all.
Very interesting. It seems like they had dropped that very shortly.

I'm so into the new lineup's shows that I completely forget to check for new posts from the past. I don't have any '69 Riders, and this is a board with tunes I have not heard- Games People Play? The Lady Came From Baltimore? 'Nuff said!

thanks for posting this!
I have been listening more and more to this. I think the sound is good and it's my first 1969 hearing of the band and impressed as I have not heard these songs featured on later audios.
So once again many, many thanks for putting this up there!
